As part of Ellen Eurenius Hallgren’s exhibition, there will be a public exhibition tour on Saturday, September 6, starting at 1 p.m., followed by a workshop focusing on the exhibition’s theme – flood of images – at the Photo North – Northern Photographic Center’s gallery. During the workshop, the artist invites participants to view and combine images and create new narratives between them using knitting techniques. The workshop is open to anyone interested in viewing photographs and discussing the flow of images.
The workshop is free of charge for participants and has room for 20 people. Please register for the workshop in advance via the link by 4:00 p.m. on September 5. Bring along old photographs and clippings from newspapers, magazines, news articles, and advertisements, which will be transformed into collages during the workshop.
